Big part of the reason I was asking -- those cards are unusually large and a lot of "beige box" rackmount cases I've seen have weird orientations that leave little room for even a tiny fxp NIC, let alone a honkin' card like the 2400A. Another list member emailed me that he's actually built systems with these cards, so I'd call that a pretty safe bet, although I'd order one before I ordered 5, just to be sure..
