I think an xfail with this PR number is appropriate. Attaching a patch for this now. I can confirm that using security/openvpn-devel (tracking git 2025-08-01) causes the float and linklocal tests to pass, so it's only a matter of waiting till the openvpn 2.7.x update. I'll mark this bug as 'in progress' to keep the CI failures tracked until the security/openvpn stable port is updated to 2.7. As for the 4in6 test, it seems to be a flaky test that intermittently fails. Are you able to reproduce this?
