I compiled a SMP kernel with cam. This one is actually running now. A make world doesn't get through, because of some errors in /usr/src/sbin/atm. I installed libcam and camcontrol by hand. Camcontrol devlist gives an error "couldn't open /dev/xpt0". It looks like the /dev/MAKEDEV has no targets for cam yet. But nevertheless this is very good work!
