RZ25 has a spinup jumper. Remove jumper 8 on J6 (for reference,
jumper 5 & 7 should be left in) for spinup on powerup.

Yes, a vendor unique mode page setting.

Not all 1542, the 1542C can do it, the older ones don't IRRC.
