I've got a PnP Creative Labs Phoneblaster, which includes, amongst other things, a Soundblaster 16 on the board. Using Sujal Patel's PnP patches, I've managed to get FreeBSD to configure the board (it seems to work, since I can access the modem on the Phoneblaster board). I can't, however, get FreeBSD to detect the sound card (all the probes fail). My kernel config file has the following: controller snd0 device sb0 at isa? port 0x220 irq 10 drq 1 vector sbintr device sbxvi0 at isa? drq 5 device sbmidi0 at isa? port 0x330 device opl0 at isa? port 0x388 I read the comments in the LINT config file, and changed i386/isa/sound/sound_config.h (since my card is at the non-standard irq 10) but this doesn't seem to have helped. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting this to work/further debugging? Thanks for any info, Peter -- Peter van Heusden | Computers Networks Greens Justice Peace Beer Africa pvh@leftside.its.uct.ac.za pvh@gem.co.za
