New index, with 2,839 (= 17 x 167) ports! Looking at the diffs, it
seems the tcl80/82 situation is not fully resolved yet (there are some
ports that depend on both!) but I'm going to commit it anyway since
it's been so long since it has built successfully. Hopefully someone
will fix tcl dependencies before the freeze.
