Hi. I am running current, but have gotten this error message at boot time on current for some time now, and just can't seem to be able to track it down. I have searched the archives to no avail, and any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time. The message is "local package initialization: printerFatal error cannot bind to lpt port '515'". uname, dmesg, printcap, rc.conf etc. follow -- uname -a FreeBSD x1-6-00-b0-d0-c2-67-0e.twcny.rr.com 5.2-CURRENT FreeBSD 5.2-CURRENT #0: Sat Feb 28 18:11:03 EST 2004 root@x1-6-00-b0-d0-c2-67-0e.twcny.rr.com:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/OPTIPLEX i386 -- dmesg Copyright (c) 1992-2004 The FreeBSD Project.
