Note, the measurement accuracy given by the specifications of those elCheapo power coasts meters are completely wrong, those devices are far away of being that precise, they are absolutely unusable even for raw consumption measurements, but they might indicate, if there should be a computer device that does consume much less or more than it should regarding to it's specifications.
