Hi John,
Yes indeed that does now appear to work! See:

 ~ $ smbclient -L Demon -N
added interface ip=<my__IP> bcast=192.168.1.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
Anonymous login successful
Domain=[VICKIANDSTACEY] OS=[Unix] Server=[Samba 2.2.6]

	Sharename Type Comment
	--------- ---- -------
	netlogon Disk Network Logon Service
IPC$ IPC IPC Service (Samba Server)
ADMIN$ Disk IPC Service (Samba Server)

	Server Comment
	--------- -------

	Workgroup Master
	--------- -------
	VICKIANDSTACEY.
~ $

Thanks for that. Not to sound too forward, but do you know of a good
(step_by_step) how-to for configuring a Win2K Pro Wkstation to my
domain?

Thanks again!

Stacey
