Hi... try mount_msdos /dev/wd2s1 /dos_d Michael G. ---------- From: Tom Kish[SMTP:tomk@cmhcsys.com] Sent: Tuesday, August 12, 1997 4:38 PM To: questions@FreeBSD.ORG Subject: Mounting a DOS filesystem According to the docs I should be able to mount an extended DOS filesystem with the : mount -t msdos /dev/xxx <mountpoint> When I try mounting my "D:" dos drive which shows up under BSD as /dev/wd2s1 I get an error saying "invalid type". The command I use is: mount -t msdos /dev/wd2s1 /dos_d Any ideas? Thanks, -- Tom :)
