Fix for two RTWN chipsets, for real.

There should be two patches in this file. Both do NOT include RTWN_LOCK/UNL=
OCK
calls -- this results in a recursive lock panic.

The first patch is for the RTL8192EU. The second patch is for RTL8188EU.

I have three different RTL8192EU here. The first patch fixed the problem for
the one that was having this problem.
