Actually, I meant pretty much anything that doesn't include exercising
a copyright.

The BSDL - as it exists in /COPYRIGHT - places no restrictions
whatsoever on the use of the software if you don't exercise a
copyright. It *does* place restrictions on mentioning features and use
of the software - which have since been retracted - and on the use of
the name of the University.
