I'd actually quite like Greg's text to be on the site, and linked to
everywhere "questions@FreeBSD.org" appears.  Possibly as a section 1.4,
"Contacting the FreeBSD Project"?

How about it Greg?  I'll do the necessary work to bring it in if you want.
