[A followup to my own mail, bad form, but it needs correcting.]

After moving the CD from the CD-Read/Write drive to the IDE CDROM, it
not only does not boot, but it no longer can be mounted. Putting it
back into the CD-Read/Write, it spits it back out and will not mount
it either.
