i tried doing the following on my i386 freebsd box.. can anybody reproduce this? has freebsd-update been discontinued? i have successfully used it at least once, before.. did it ever work for ppc? will it ever? $ sudo freebsd-update fetch && sudo freebsd-update install Password: Looking up update.FreeBSD.org mirrors... none found. Fetching metadata signature from update.FreeBSD.org... failed. No mirrors remaining, giving up. thanks! -carlos
