I thought of  a similar idea a'la  "tip of the day". It  would seem, the
existing fortune(6) may be used for  it -- just add another database. It
can even be a different database depending on the user's shell:

	fortune 20% ${SHELL}-tips 60% unix-tips 20% funny

		-mi
