please wrap your lines a bit(this was a very long line)

Install cvsup from the /usr/ports directory,
then read:

http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/cvsup.html

update your ports tree, install portupgrade, and use that..

(portupgrade <package>).
