I don't really see the necessity for `py-' prefix since the ports serves
user utility, not some library or plugin.  PORTNAME is already set correctly
(without the prefix).  Why port directory name bears it?

Users rarely care about which language was used to implement tools the want
to use.  So, one would probably look for "DVD backup tool" under
multimedia/dvd<something> (`sysutils' looks less intuitive to me as well).
