Regarding September 20 (the expiration date for the RSA patent), does anyone know (with reasonable certainty) whether this date is the =last= date on which the patent =is= valid, or the =first= date on which it is =not= valid? Stated another way, can we folks in the US go ahead and start using non-RSAREF code on September 20? Or do we need to wait one more day?
