https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=192453 Bug ID: 192453 Summary: GELI is not compiled into GENERIC Product: Documentation Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: Needs Triage Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Documentation Assignee: freebsd-doc@FreeBSD.org Reporter: mwlucas@michaelwlucas.com In http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/disks-encrypting.html, it says that "Support for geli is built into the GENERIC kernel." It is not built into the kernel. It's a module, at least on my 11-current and 9.2-R machines. This sentence can probably be removed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
