ssh-1.2.13 from ports-current will compile on a 2.1.0-Release system.
You will have to make some changes to 'patch-ag' so that the path to
gmp-1.3.2/gmp.h doesn't get changed twice.

2.1-stable & 2.2-current but not part of 2.1-Release, so you'll have
to make some changes.

Anyway, I've got ssh-1.2.13 working here.
