I am unable to send any mail to a freebsd email address (mailing lists,
majordomo, etc.) from my regular account with Earthlink
(spectretouch@earthlink.net). Why? There is no connectivity problem on
my end, because I know I can send mail to dozens of other ISP's. The
following is the entire error email I receive. (Please send all replies
to spectretouch@earthlink.net)

Subject: tarring ports?
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

The instructions on how to install a port
<http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/handbook28.html#30>; assume that one has
_freeBSD_ access to the internet. My FreeBSD machine is not connected,
only my NT machine. How can one get the tarred ports using a WinNT
system?
