A newly installed 4.5-RELEASE system panic'ed and rebooted today with the following in /var/log/messages... Mar 26 12:30:07 engpfile1 /kernel: panic: nfs_fsync: not dirty Mar 26 12:30:07 engpfile1 /kernel: Mar 26 12:30:07 engpfile1 /kernel: syncing disks... 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 This system has /home NFS mounted to a Network Appliance file server. I have not used NFS on FreeBSD prior to yesterday.
