Thanks for your detailed explanation. I now have a better understanding of =

history around it. Since this code was originally a part of MACH, it should
also come with that MACH license, similar to source file
'sys/cam/scsi/scsi_da.h'. I think this is the only missing part, that leads=
 to
the unfortunate misunderstanding.
