You should upgrade your FreeBSD to 4.9 or soon will be 4.10.

There's no Nautilus1 in the FreeBSD ports, which it has been removed in 
the favor of Nautilus2. It sounds like you need to update your ports tree 
by using CVSup.

Like what? Are you using GNOME as desktop? There have plenty of file 
manager in the /usr/ports/x11-fm.
