Correct dst-ip, dst-ip6, src-ip, src-ip6 argument, matching rule syntax

Add src-ipv6 to src-ip6 option (similar to dst-ipv6 and dst-ip6).

Describe behaviour of mixed IPv4/IPv6 tables: "proto" constrains the table =

the specific protocol, while "option" doesn't.
