Folks,

There's the beginnings of a DocBook markup guide for the Handbook at

    <URL:http://www.freebsd.org/~nik/hb/markup-guide.html>;

Some entities haven't been fixedup (&ldquo; == ``, &rdquo; = '', 
&hellip; = ...) but that's the majority of things that are marked up
in the Handbook.

Comments appreciated. This is a first draft.
