I don't like autodetection, especially when it can't be turned off, so I
can not build packages without OpenLDAP support on a machine with
OpenLDAP installed. Said that (this may be a personal preference, just
ignore me), the code should look for shared libraries at ${LOCALBASE},
not ${PREFIX}.
