Synopsis: x11-toolkits/gal not building

State-Changed-Why:
This is a problem in your environment. For starters, it is recommended that
before reporting problems, you rebuild the port using the default CFLAGS
with no optimizations. Try building without the CPUTYPE and only the CFLAGS
"-O -pipe" and see if the problem persists.

If it does, make sure you do _not_ have NOLIBC_R=true in your /etc/make.conf.
If you want to use GNOME (or any multi-threaded package), you must keep
libc_r up-to-date with your -stable or -current world.
