John, folks,

I've been off of -current for a few days (two ISP failures) so I don't have
-really-current-list-clue for this.

cvsup for -stable completed OK,
cvsup for -current failed in gcc, with a Cannot create: Permission denied
error for its own logging files.

Clue on the back of a matchbook please.
