The greeting line for getty(1) is configured in /etc/gettytab, see
gettytab(5). You are interested in the im and lm properties.

Default value for im includes %s/%m which is the name of OS and type of
machine. You can add your custom definition for a getty entry with
refedined im property, customized up to your wishes.

The question has nothing to do with amd64 arch per se, so you would have
much faster response if asked on questions@.
