Actually, you probably won't be able to change your bios to boot from the second drive, mine wouldn't, but that isn't a problem, you can still install the boot loader on the first drive, just read the sysinstall instructions intently. Remember, you should do it on the disk you boot from, but if you want to leave your DOS drive intact, change your BIOS to boot from the FreeBSD disk...
