 FWIW, I have a Maxtor SCSI-0 drive that works fine on 3.4-STABLE:
 
 da0: <MAXTOR XT-4380S B5D> Fixed Direct Access SCSI-CCS device
 da0: 3.300MB/s transfers
 da0: 318MB (651630 512 byte sectors: 64H 32S/T 318C)
 
 It hangs off (the only) scsi card in the box:
 
 ncr0: <ncr 53c810 fast10 scsi> rev 0x01 int a irq 9 on pci0.11.0
