I am trying to determine whether or not there is currently any facility for using an external parallel ATAPI cdrw drive under FreeBSD. I have, as of yet, not been able to find any information on using these devices under FreeBSD. The specific drive I am working with is an HP 7200e. If anybody has any information on whether or not this drive is supported in any way under FreeBSD please let me know.
