Bad news:
At 15:00 I turned off all options (-rxcsum -rxcsum6 ...) and left the machi=
ne
alone. At 20:05 the NIC hung again.=20

Now I can reproduce the hung using sequence of=20
   ifconfig bge0 txcsum6 ; ifconfig bge0 -txcsum6
   ifconfig bge0 something-else; ifconfig bge0 -something-else;

After 5-6 calls network dies.=20

Alas, I can reproduce the problem, but I still have no workaround. The only
solution is  watchdog script pinging other host and ifconfig down/up.
