It fits in all categories. But dumbster is buggy and it looks like it is no 
longer maintained. Latest version is from April 4th, 2005.
There is a good replacement called Wiser (part of subethasmtp).

Dumbster is a SMTP server for testing and development. I suggest to put it NOT 
into the ports. Leave handling of such libraries to maven (m2).
