What are our plans for post 3.0 (ie, when we are fully ELF converted)?
Where will compat21 files live (/usr/lib/compat or /usr/lib/compat/aout)?  
Where will the X11 libararies that allow me to run a GUI app compiled on
2.2.7 live?
