of source:

or
/kernel: vm_page_free: wire count > 1(2)

and then:

panic: vm_page_free: invalid wire count
/kernel: syncing disks... 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 giving up
