I tried a new 4.6-STABLE (cvsup'ed Aug 20) kernel today on one of
our Intel SR1200 server platforms and got fxp SCB timeout immediately
after the system was up with the new kernel:

The same host was working happily before since Jun 26 with if_fxp.c
rev. 1.110.2.19
