I am closing this bug because it is not a ports bug. The reporter was compiling
Ruby 3.2 from the upstream source tarball (./configure && make), not using the
lang/ruby32 port. The Ruby port handles the libyaml dependency correctly. The
fix for manual compilation is to pass --with-libyaml-dir to configure. The
ports tree has since moved on to Ruby 3.3+.
