Thanks for fixing it.  Yes, rm/add was sufficient here as there's no
history to preserve, just as itetcu@ have said.

I could not easily find if this is covered in PH; unless I missed it, I
will probably write a chapter about it.  I've got enough frustration
from this over the years, I think.  Section 5.2.5 mentions briefly that
the first letter of the name part should be lowercase, but that text
should probably give better explanation of fair "use of one's own
discretion", and cover port renaming as well.
