There was a working copy of X.25 over hdlc at the MITRE
Corporation for FrreBSD 2.2.1.  I'm sure it hasn't been
ported to the later releases.  You might try Dallas Scott
at dscott@mitre.org and see if you can get a copy, if it
still exists.    There will be no documentation.
