On my ThinkPAd A20m, the machine will sometimes suspend when I remove the AC power connector. Not always, just sometimes. When it does, I get the klaptop warning popup that tells me the battery is low and offering me the chance to continue or suspend: but it lies. The battery is not low and the machine proceeds to suspend immediately. I still have the problem of the sound chip not being accessible after a suspend/resume cycle. Anyone else seen this or have any suggestions? Any other information I can provide? -- Paul Beard / 8040 27th Ave NE / Seattle WA 98115 / paulbeard [at] mac [ dot] com / 206 529 8400 weblog @ <http://paulbeard.no-ip.org/movabletype/> We can defeat gravity.
