OK, thanks for the info, but I've just looked at the diffs in the CVS
log and the committer has used:

.Dq Fl o

I modified my manpage and this gives

  ``-o''

all in bold text. Surely this is not correct since it is not a command
line option (Fl means "flag" does it not?)
