Good, thats what I was hoping to hear.  I've yet to call them, but I
plan to do that today.

I chose to configure my BIOS to allow me to close my display, and have
the system suspend immediatly.  This allows me to not have to type "zzz"
to suspend the system, and I don't get that suspend-resume-suspend thing
anymore.
