All > yield the same result (the wrong prefix). *sigh* All the silly flaming over nothing. # make PREFIX=/usr RTFM, ports(7), PREFIX Where to install things in general (usually /usr/local or /usr/X11R6) I just built it in /var/tmp without problem.
