Well, it depends on your perspective. If there is a problem with the load on the primary when it's being reloaded, there are ways around that but it involves setting up a seperate server to act as the primary and feeding the updates downstream with BIND 8.1.1's notify. Otherwise, if it's not a strain on the primary don't worry about it.
