I think so.  It's a offbeat Adaptec chip, but I think it works with the
aic device driver.  Try booting the boot floppy, tweak the aic device
approriately, and see if it finds it.  (We have one in our 486 in my
office, but I'm out for the winter holiday so I can't check.)
