Yes, The problem still hit me under 4.5 RELEASE
Unfortunatly the system is down at the moment,
But I have another machine with the problem,
that I just can't reboot/test so often with.
I use as a workaround a scrin in cron:
echo "fail:"
netstat -m
ifconfig vr0 down
netstat -m
ifconfig vr0 up
netstat -m
to keep the system responsive.
