Perhaps fixing bug 291048 ("FAQs 6.3 gives incorrect instructions for booting
into single user mode") more thoroughly would be an opportunity to fix the
attribution somehow.

Something else mentioned in the comments there and at
https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-doc/pull/635 was the lack of documentation
for the key map used in single user mode, which could pose a problem when
resetting a root password. Obviously that's distinct from the `mount -a` issue,
and if it isn't resolved I'll submit a new issue for it, but someone might want
to tackle both in one go.
